My
Winter Top 5 Haikus’
1.
Smart-looking snowmen, dancing
across the ice rink, skating beside me.
2.
Pretty snow angels, embedded in
the cold snow, trampled by children.
3. Warm, cosy blanket, protecting me from
coldness, I’m still freezing cold.
4. Snowflakes fall slowly, as they dance into
the sky, flutter towards me.
5. As the fire burns, I sip my hot chocolate,
watching it crackle.

Hi Hayley, I really like your haiku poems that you have written about winter, they really paint a picture in my mind of a winter with a lot of snow. What about some summer haiku?
ReplyDeleteOk, I will start a summer haiku. Do you have anymore ideas?
DeleteHayley I love your winter Haiku poem. You have used some great adjectives.
ReplyDeleteHi Hayley. I like your haiku poem cause you added lots of adjectives. All of those poems are all winter haiku's! maybe next time you could make some spring, autumn or some summer ones!

ReplyDeleteHayley, I liked how you wrote 5 Haiku poems because you used the S.C., 5 sylables on the top, 12 sylables on the middle line and 5 sylables on the bottom line. Good job
ReplyDeleteWow Hayley I love your haiku you painted a picture inside my head :)
